An update for patrons (May 22, 2020)

– Mission Creek Fans –

We have decided to cancel the special fall edition (September 17-19) of Mission Creek Festival 2020. We are very sad about this outcome. The public health situation remains in flux and it is impossible to know if we will be able to ensure the health of Creekers by this fall. Likewise, the musicians and writers we work with are also unsure how their fall tours and engagements will play out. Under these conditions, we cannot design the aesthetically inspiring festival we had hoped to provide.

We are immensely grateful for your support and patience as we discern how to create a festival in the age of the pandemic. Our plan is to return with a full festival in 2021. We will set dates when we know more about the future.

In lieu of an in-person festival this year, we are currently producing a short film entitled Ghost Creek to be released this fall on digital platforms. The multi-genre movie will include narrative and documentary elements as well as guest performances featuring artists from our community and beyond. If you enjoyed Mission Creek Underground, this will be the next level.

If you purchased a pass or individual show tickets to Mission Creek, please click the link below to let us know how you’d like to proceed. If you’ve already converted the value of your access to a refund, gift certificate, or donation no action is required.

We are so appreciative of your support: you have made Mission Creek a cultural institution in our community.

With gratitude and respect,

Andre Perry
