Ion wields a dynamic lyricism that centers liberatory values and rhetoric, making full use of multi-genre instrumental craftsmanship honed in through the MPC universe. Fresh off the release of his EP “Broken Glass” in January ’25, his music lays across a hip-hop canvass of familiarity with darkness and exhaustion from prolonged push against the worlds imbalances.
